Amsterdam, our little nice fellow, we have to leave you. Now the 9 weeks of internship are over and well... we will miss Amsterdam. But we are looking forward to JVM Hamburg!!! Working under Olli Voss and Götz Ulmer will be awesome. But back to Amsterdam...
Dutch people are really nice. We savoured the city with its beauty and charme. There are only some things that we didn't do on our list, like renting a boat... but nevertheless, the capital of legalization impressed us. And also the affinity of dutch people to be lazy in preparing salads and fruit pieces on their own. You buy everything in packages here, pre-cut. Like you can buy pre-built Johnny's for those addicted ones who can't roll a joint after having smoked 3 already. Clever idea! If advertising fails for us, we will open a bike "petrol" station here in Amsterdam. We will miss the Hotel Belga, where we had the best sandwiches. We will miss Albert Heijn. We will of course miss Wok to Walk. Mmmmmhhhh. And our chilling evenings on a bench at the Gracht. I get melancholie now... I'll go for a beer. Bye bye Amsterdam. We are waving with our handkerchiefs...
